Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. This is to ensure product integrity, safety, and quality for all customers.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement.

If you received the wrong item, we will correct it at no cost.

If you experience an unexpected adverse reaction, please discontinue use immediately and reach out. While we cannot accept returns, we are open to working with you on a case-by-case basis.
